Tyler Sycamore

Tyler Sycamore comes to M Powered Strategies with seven years of corporate experience in consulting and executive management.  He specializes in organizational and program development, having previously worked as a marketing consultant for MT Multimedia in Bangkok, Thailand, and CEO of Wild Grains Bakery in Salt Lake City, UT.  In addition to his full-time position as a consultant with MPS, Tyler also sits on the Board of Advisors for a corporate think tank and investment firm specializing in the investment and acquisition of business startups in the technology sector, and is a project management consultant for a Utah-based nonprofit organization.

Tyler has a Masters in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, an International Masters of Business Administration from the National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok, and a BS in Marketing Management from Brigham Young University.

An avid traveler, Tyler loves to spend his free time visiting new places, and is looking forward to exploring all that the East Coast has to offer.  He is excited to be joining the rapidly growing MPS team.

Before joining M Powered Strategies, Lesley McNiesh spent three years with the Fissile Materials Working Group, a coalition of nonprofit organizations from around the world dedicated to preventing nuclear terrorism. In her role as Coordinating Director of the coalition, Lesley managed projects such as Policy Development Working Groups and a cohort of Regional Representatives to better connect the FMWG’s international partners with the core work of the coalition. Previously she held positions with the Partnership for Global Security, the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, and the Center for National Security Studies.

Lesley earned a master’s degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University with concentrations in Weapons of Mass Destruction Policy and Energy Security, and a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College. She enjoys travel, riding her bike, and board games.
