HUBZone – Since 2015, MPS has been a certified HUBZone firm. As an Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business, MPS is eligible for preferential access to federal procurement opportunities.
ISO-9001-2008 – Since 2017 MPS’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) – internationally recognized as the gold standard for quality management. ISO-9001-2008 certification means that MPS maintains a QMS that adheres to the best practices as prescribed by ISO.
ANSI – Since 2013 MPS’ Professional Readiness and Effectiveness Program (PREP), which includes the Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence (PACE) program, has been certified under the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a governing body that issues accreditation to organizations for outstanding programmatic performance. PREP was the first Management Consulting program to receive ANSI accreditation.
Employer of National Service – Since 2015 MPS has been recognized as an Employer of National Service. This initiative was started by President Obama to acknowledge the valuable skills gained by Americans who have worked for organizations like Peace Corps and AmeriCorps, and to connect those alumni with employers interested in providing advancement opportunities for mission-oriented individuals.
