Clifton Strenghts
The 4-hour in-person workshop for Clifton Strengths include begins with a pre-session Strengths Assessment. Each participant will take received an individualized report showing their Top 5 Strengths in 4 Management Domains. Additionally, each person receives a permanent log-in to the Gallup platform to be able to return to their Strengths Analysis and build team-mate comparisons into the future.
- Name It
- Participants learn what Clifton Strengths are, their own Talent Themes and the principles of developing Talents into Strengths.
- Claim It
- Participants identify and share how their Strengths show up at work, the Management Domain they are most comfortable in and the relationship of their Strengths to their professional role, for improved performance.
- Aim It
- Participants work in teams to identify common goals, share how their strengths as individuals and as team members can contribute to those goals, and how might they rely on each other’s strengths to:
- Get things done
- Influence stakeholders
- Make connections
- Absorb and analyze information

Work of Leaders
The “Work of Leaders” (WOL) workshop is a four-hour facilitated experience designed for leadership teams with a baseline of effective collaboration or recent team-building progress. Drawing on established leadership best practices and behavior-based assessment tools, M Powered Strategies guides teams in aligning their leadership styles with organizational objectives. The workshop provides a structured opportunity to reflect on leadership impact, clarify roles, and build consensus on actionable improvements that enhance team cohesion and strategic execution.
The workshop follows a progressive framework of 5 phases:

- To what Purpose
- By what Mechanisms
- Framing: Our Value as a Leadership Unit
- The Best Practices: Crafting a Vision, Building Alignment, Championing Execution
- Understanding the Behavioral Drivers for each Best Practice
- Understanding the continuum of styles that we make trade-offs with for each Behavioral Driver
- Individualizing: Assessment Scores
- Validating: Group activities to determine personal assessment validity
- Expression: Group activities to compare and see the expression of the Drivers and Continuum of Styles
- Aggregating: How does the Leadership Team show up? What is the Leadership Brand?
- Discussion of strengths and weaknesses in the aggregate assessment
- Uncovering the impact of the leadership team assessment: what are the benefits and costs to the organization of our current style.
- Performing: Applying the WOL Assessment to Goals
- Discussion of ways to increase strength in areas with gaps (how do we improve in Best Practices and Behaviors)
- Tactics to accelerate achieving goals with Drivers of Behavior
- Agreements on improving staff engagement through the Best Practices and Drivers of Behavior
DiSC: Workplace
Workshop for 12-20 Participants. 3 Hour Virtual Workshop that includes:
In preparation for the workshop, participants will take an assessment and receive a PDF copy of their results. They will also have lifetime access to the Catalyst website, a dynamic online platform for Everything DiSC® that transforms DiSC assessments into an ongoing learning experience. Using presentations, paired and group activities, the 3-hour workshop covers:
- What Drives You: In this module, participants will
- Explore their DiSC style and the priorities that style takes in the workplace
- See how they compare to the other DiSC styles
- Practice ways to become more effective at work
- You and Other Styles: This second module help participants
- Learn about their different motivators and stressors
- Understand their reaction to the DiSC styles
- Gain insight into a relationship with a chosen colleague

- Participants will learn about the EQ mindsets outside of their comfort zones
