MPS’ Professional Readiness and Effectiveness Program (PREP) is an ANSI-accredited work/training program that provides a comprehensive approach to developing knowledge workers for MPS and other organizations seeking to improve their workforce.
The Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence (PACE) Program is a 25-week professional apprenticeship within the PREP Program that strategically positions its alumni for job placement, as well as long-term growth toward individual career goals.
Full-time salaried staff receive a comprehensive package of employee benefits, including paid holidays, vacation, medical coverage and 401(k).
PACE apprentices receive hourly wages, and work approximately 40 hours per week in addition to weekly classroom training and other PREP requirements.
BDA’s set their own schedules, and are paid on an hourly basis, up to 40 to 60 hours per month.
