Purpose
The Forest Service is actively encouraging cultural transformation and desires to assist employees in creating a safe place to dialogue for individual development. In order to improve employee effectiveness and morale, the Forest Service’s Pacific Northwest Region (R6) has awarded MPS a BPA for individual and group coaching services to all R6 Forest employees at all levels.
Objective
Our objective is to ensure that the Forest Service is a place where we are culturally diverse, adaptable to changing technology and responsive to changing public expectations. This BPA is awarded to maximize the variety of the coaches available to an increasingly diverse workforce.
