All MPS employees are eligible to apply to our Execution Management Service (EMS) program. Geared to honing the hard and soft skills of MPS consultants, EMS is a series of after-hours classes, taught by highly qualified and respected professionals, as well as one-on-one CliftonStrengths assessment and coaching.

The classes run approximately two hours, and involve two to five hours of coursework, which is integrated into regular client delivery. For some of the courses, students are required to make a presentation to the class and MPS President, Kendall Lott.

Consultants can apply and join the program at any time during the year. Most of the courses are also open to our employees on an a la carte basis. Those who complete the entire core curriculum (including all the coursework, presentations, two Strengths coaching sessions, and publish at least one paper online), have at some point participated in an RGS role, and are currently working towards or already have an up-to-date nationally recognized professional certification, will receive an EMS certification.
