During the pandemic, MPS has been extra busy delivering consulting services to nonprofits all over the country. We recently completed a project for a Chicago-based music collective, CHAI Collaborative Ensemble, dedicated to honoring history, advocating for new works, and engaging with communities through performances of vocal and instrumental chamber music.
The pandemic has been challenging for many of us, but can you imagine how hard it…+
I work on one of the few MPS contracts that has always been fully remote, so I’ve had an established workspace for a while. You’d think adjusting to the new Covid-normal would be easy. The Community Engagement (CE) Team at MPS is committed to providing relief services to the full extent of our ability. As a small business,…+

Meeting facilitation, process engineering and re-engineering, requirements gathering, and policy development are just some of what’s in my wheelhouse. Due to the changing nature of work, I had a critical opportunity to offer my expertise in designing my pillar’s Continuity of Operations Plan…+
